Helping people realize just how strong, capable, and powerful they already are is one of the highlights of my job — which is why I love going ALL OUT with groups of all ages and abilities at private events.

While each event can be tailored to your needs, most include a full-body fitness class, and a relaxation component (via sound bath or meditation) — because there’s no better feeling than leaving a workout zenned out.

Since 2005, I’ve brought a little ALL OUT magic to wellness retreats, birthdays, wedding weekends, bachelorette weekends, and so much more.

Now, It would be my honor to facilitate your next event.

Each class or day-long engagement is designed to get your group feeling their best, deepening their connections to each other, and feeling inspired to step up their own self-love routines.

(And at the end of class, I also debrief with participants to shed a little light on the awesome job each one of them did, so they all feel encouraged and proud of what they’ve accomplished).

I can customize any event according to the needs, abilities, and skill levels of your group, but here are a few classes I love to lead:

ONE-OFF CLASSES AND LUNCH SESSIONS

A 60–90 minute ALL OUT experience!

THREE MONTH PROGRAM

  • Weekly 60-90 minute workshop with movement and meditation
  • Each month focused on a specifics for improving health in body, nutrition and meditation/mindfulness

ALL OUT: The Mind, Body, & Soul Class

Every 60, 75, or 90 minute ALL OUT experience includes:

  • Bodyweight strength training
  • Restorative movement (yoga)
  • Meditation with Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls
