An initial hour-long nutrition deep dive, where we’ll explore where you’re at, what your goals are, what your preferences and non-negotiables are, etc.

A fully tailored-to-you nutrition program based on your goals, schedule, and habits

Weekly 30-minute check-in sessions to help you stay the course, tweak your program, and make huge progress sooner

Support around creating a “food diary” to track what you’re eating, when

Hands-on guidance from me around your nutrition, and the reasons why some foods are better for you than others, so you can make better choices

And at the end of it all, expect to:

  • Finally release the excess weight, begin to understand (and even solve) what’s causing your digestive issues, and so much more

  • Feel ready to be challenged, and step out of your comfort zone
  • Aren’t OK with your status quo anymore (feeling/looking the same even when you work out consistently), and want to genuinely make a change
  • Are sick of the BS, and ready to get in the best shape of your life

  • A fully-customized workout plan, based on your interests, preferences, and goals
  • 1:1 training sessions to kick your fitness (online or in person) to the next level
  • Nutritional guidance to optimize your diet
  • Hands-on help to develop a self-care and/or meditation practice to go along with your workouts.
  • Workout updates to help you stay engaged and excited, and continued customization of your plan as you continue to make progress, and set new goals.
  • Support to develop perfect form, and do each move properly as you train your body like an athlete
  • A travel program of workouts to take with you on the road (20 session commitment)

Tailor made Himalayan bath salts for grounding post session

Recording of each sound session
